1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:
– A clear, uncut, and unedited video of the box being opened must be shared.
– The video must begin before the box is opened and clearly show all contents.
– Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return request:
– Send an email to support@yourmangosite.com within 24 hours of delivery.
– Include your order ID and attach the uncut video.
– Describe the damage or issue clearly in the email.
– Our team will review the video and assess the condition.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are provided based on the extent of damage observed in the unboxing video:
– If 0% to 49% of mangoes are damaged, we will provide a 50% refund of the order value.
– If 50% or more mangoes are found to be damaged, we will issue a full refund.
– Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:
– No video proof or an edited/incomplete video.
– Request made after 24 hours of delivery.
– Mangoes already consumed or altered before recording video.
